We publish a purity figure only when the supplier's certificate of analysis states one, and we publish the method that produced it alongside the number. Where a product page shows a placeholder instead, it means we do not hold that document yet. We would rather show you the gap than a figure with nothing behind it, which is what most of this market does.

A certificate of analysis is the document a manufacturer issues for one specific batch, reporting what testing found in that batch — typically a purity figure from chromatography and a mass measurement confirming the molecule is the one named. It is batch-specific, so a certificate for a different lot tells you nothing about yours, and it is an analytical document rather than a safety assessment.

As with any lyophilised peptide in a laboratory: keep the vial sealed, cold, and out of the light, and let it reach room temperature before the seal is broken. Freeze-dried material is stable in that state far longer than material in solution, which is the reason it ships dry. Heat, light and moisture are what degrade it.

Orders are packed and shipped by the two of us rather than by a warehouse, and you get a tracking number when yours leaves. The current turnaround is below.

It is not supplied for human or veterinary consumption, and we publish neither dosing, nor administration instructions, nor the equipment that would go with them. If you are looking for a product to take, this is not that shop, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it in a disclaimer.

No. All sales are final: we do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds. Once a vial has left our custody we cannot establish how it was stored or confirm that what comes back is what went out, and we will not put material of unknown provenance back into stock. Two things you do get. Every order carries damage protection — if it arrives damaged in transit, send us photographs of the outer packaging and the vial along with your order number, and we will replace it once, free, with nothing to send back. Photograph it before you unpack anything else and keep the packaging until we reply. And you can cancel any order before it ships.
