1. Eligibility and redemption
Each registered user is assigned one unique referral code tied to their email-verified account. There is no restriction on the number of individuals who may use a referrer's code. Referral codes are strictly limited to new researchers making their initial purchase, and must be applied at checkout to receive one free vial.
2. Restrictions and credit issuance
Only one promotion or referral code may be applied per order; codes cannot be combined, stacked, or used on subsequent orders. Store credit is issued to the referring user's account once the referred order ships.
3. Credit usage and validity
Issued store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credit applies toward future order totals, up to the full order amount.
